What is it?
Better Dyed Signs is a Minecraft Java Edition resource pack that slightly tweaks the colours of dyed signs. This pack aims to make text on signs more readable and also make text look more like the dye that is used on the sign.
v2.1 Fixes
- Updated to support 1.20.5
- Should work in 1.19 - 1.20.5
What version is it for?
The only properly supported version at the moment is Minecraft 1.19 but I may backport it to 1.17/1.18 at some point.
Do I need any mods?
No! This pack uses core shaders meaning it will work in 100% vanilla Minecraft.
Using with Pastel Text Colours
Download the "Dyed Signs + Pastel Text" pack
Can I use this in my pack?
You may include the shader files in your own pack to change text colours as long as you leave credits and a link back to this page!

one of my other packs gets rid of the saturation in the colours and would love to have a pack to counter it!
It probably also works on modded signs though I haven’t tested that
