This is an Inside Out OC I made. It's part arctic fox part cat and part dragon (it has dragon-like abilities). It doesn't have a name or specific gender yet, so for now I'll refer to it as a they/them. Note: I found a fox cat skin on Skinseed and used it as a base for this, but edited a ton, but still used it as a base nonetheless. I can't say who made the base because as I've said before, Skinseed doesn't say who made what skin, so... :/ Please suggest some names and what gender this character should be in the comments.
