Envy. An Emotion, a sin and a apart everyday life. We all won't admit but we're all envious of something. Envy burns our hearts like fuel at the state of pointless yearning. It finds our greatest desires in someone else and diverts that image into a great sadness we cannot control. Once we loose that envy will see, hear, speak and even become us.

Warren grew up as a child who dreamt of the stars, floating around them, whizzing into space and even becoming a star himself. He’d often run to the appliance store at 7 to watch ‘The Jetsons’ on the televisions displayed on the store window. He grew up without a Father and a Mother who spent her child’s educational fund on Brandy and whisky so he was forced to work young. Luckily he was offered a simple gardening job that offered more pay than he did work in a suburban area 5 clicks away from where he lived. He worked wearing his worn out shirt that covered half his thighs and shorts that had to be tied up with a rope to fit his waist. Warren often saw the wealth the people around him wore around their bodies, golden rings, diamond ear rings, and silver bracelets shone to him like a beacon. Yet this did not tempt to him steal, it made him wish harder to have that wealth so that one day his dreams would come true.
He did this for 4 years till finally he was old enough to work a real job with better pay in construction. He rode a bike to work where with his uniform, never talking to anyone and just working till his time was up. He kept himself in a bubble where he could only see out but no one could ever see in. From his own world he saw people bond, love between man and woman, praises from his superiors to everyone but him, He saw a world he wanted to be a part of but because of his single minded goal he did not allow that.

Sleepless nights he wondered when he’d get touch the stars, counting the days and night and the hours till many years had past and he made no progress. Those worked the same time as him them all had homes of their own, families, loved ones and Warren couldn’t even consider his own Mother. Maddened by his aimless pondering he let envy take over. Warren had dies and the fire within him that once was him was replaced by a flame of Envy piloting a living corpse…
