This do be looking a bit like Crying Maiden - Sea of Tears.

In the cavern, a secret garden lies beyond. There was the spirit, the keeper of the flowers, their protector. She looked strange, compared to the human being. However, the dryad was once a human. She too stumbled upon the secret garden. The flowers, wanting a protector, a keeper, took over the poor girl. But it wasn't all tears. The dryad is now happy with the flowers, finally having a friend.

I chose the most diverse palette thinking it would be easier but it got harder and I had to change to cel shading.
