There was a city named Zyrsk in North Sionia, on the planet Cerberus, Galatica System. It was technologically advanced, and it had a nuclear power plant able to provide power to the city for 3 million years. But their technology isn't able to save them for what's coming. One afternoon, an energy wave from an unknown source spread over Zyrsk, detonating the power plant's Bionium Meteorite Power Core.

The core's explosion sent off a promethium chemical inside the nuclear reactor, and it leveled the city damaging every single building. In one afternoon, all life on Zyrsk was gone, and it had become a ghost town. It attracted tourists from all of Cerberus, and they explore all of the city. They were not allowed to visit one place; the power plant. And it was the least damaged of all the buildings in Zyrsk.

It had a quadruple-reinforced titanium stone walls, so it wasn't vaporized, but still heavily damaged. No-one was allowed to go 5km radius of the Zyrsk's power plant or they would get severe radiation poisoning, and eventually die. The city was sealed off at 8km radius off the power plant, but some tourist disobey the warning and wander inside the 5km radius. The casualty for Zyrsk per year was at an average of 159 deaths, making it the most dangerous public site in Cerberus.
