Home of the Government of Romania, Victoria Palace was built during World War I and finalised during the first years of the communist regime. It has housed the government of Romania since the Revolution of 89, and previously was the headquarters of the council of ministers. in 2007 there was a contest to create an extension to the palace to expand the office space. My build incorporates the approved design, which was never built in the real world. I do not know whether the PM actually lives here, but I know it is where the government meets and makes decisions, especially at night in the cover of darkness (reference to the infamous OUG 13). In January 2017, thousands protested in front of the palace creating a giant flag of Romania using their phones. Currently there are a lot of trees in front of the building, but I didn't add them as I thought they would cover the beauty of the building.
