Whipped these up real quick using real sand dunes from the US. Three are from White Sands, one is from Great Sand Dunes, one is from Coral Pink Sand Dunes. All the data was taken from OpenTopography and I just cleaned them up a bit for Minecraft use in World Machine.

Big note - I intentionally left these square with a short tapered margin. You won't get a hard edge, but it certainly won't be a clean transition either. Making them a nicer shape cuts out a lot of the dunes that I want, so I figured I would just keep these as is.
