Well I cannot read the the description, and the PMC-Viewer cannot show the file (there is this bad word 'MOD' in your description what could be the reason why I cannot). Anyways I don't know what this building is supposed to be - it remembers be at some kind of a mosquee but that could also be wrong but I like this building. On the three Pics I see I can found a solid building with a nice forward place and interesing House with a tower that remembers me hardly at a minarett - that is also the reason why I think on a mosquee. The Interiors seems to be strange; I dont like that fence-banner wall and the green bottom - well in case of temple building ok else I would change it to other blocks. For an eraly building this is a really nice upload and you will get the diamond from be for this but please make more pictures and make a least an English Description.
