Yo guys, got this modern house project I would like to share with you today.


I started it off an unusual floorplan dynamic I haven't experimented with before, involving a certain circular motion in the plan, to contribute to the house's circulation.


The driveway and car port are designed with simple rectangles (Because I can't make circles lol) and some simple trees with it.


The entrance is flanked on one side by the car port wall, providing a certain feeling of shelter at the doorway proximity, featuring a window onlooking into the kitchen era.


You are immediately brought into a hallway, with the choice to go left ( Into the Private side of the house) or to the right (Into the Living and social spaces). On towards the right the Kitchen is carved into an opaque wall of the house, with it's main light sources being North and South. The dining onlooks the sloping terrain below, cornered by the living room next to it, or the Family room behind it. The living room is exposed to the exterior on two faces, providing a panoramic view over the plot, while relaxing at the fireplace's side. The family room is the center of the house, technically and metaphorically. From it you can access the Bedroom hallways, the dining, the living room, and the Back garden, a pretty minimalist one.


2 of the bedrooms are mirrored, and have access to a full bathroom, while the master bedroom enjoys a walk-in closet as well, and a fully equipped bathroom.
