This complex was originally built along the Esri River by Fadril Veranis shortly after his arrival in Esroniet. After establishing a larger school of magic, the Fadrilium, elsewhere on the archipelago, the original college was left abandoned. Over time, the Redoran architecture has started to crack and crumble, and tropical plants and Emperor Parasols have begun to sprout up amid the ruins.
