What is Premium Bedrock?

Premium Bedrock is a new plugin which was made to pair with an obsidian/bedrock breaking plugin.
It only allows users with the permission bedrock.medfre to place bedrock.
Its good for ranks, and for giving rewards to people, such as in crates, and donor ranks.
