What is Medieval Weapons?
Medieval Weapons is a combat mod which implements 22 new medieval weapons types, ranging from pikes and halberds to zweihanders and longswords. It also adds 7 new shield types. In addition to traditional Minecraft tool materials, Medieval Weapons adds bronze and steel tool materials. The mod also improves weapon functionality regarding weapon reach and player move speed. Medieval Weapons also adds caltrops, horse traps, pitfall traps, and lockable gates.

A forge must a have a bellows attached to one of its sides, and coal in the bottom slot in order to heat metal.

Creating a tool head requires a pattern and the appropriate amount of hot metal.
Repairing a tool head requires the broken tool head and a hot metal nugget of the same metal type as the tool.

To copy a key, you must have a key, and an item used to create a key of the same type.

To rename a key, you must have a gate name editor and a key to be renamed.
The gate name editor can be named in a Minecraft anvil. When right clicking on a gate, or crafting with a key, that gate or key will have their ownership be set to the name of the editor.

You do not need to ask BodTheConquerer permission to create a mod pack or server that uses Medieval Weapons. You are not allowed to redistribute Medieval Weapons if it is to be redistributed by itself (i.e. not in a mod pack).

You should PROBABLY include instructions and recipes for how to make all of these.
I've been trying for a frustratingly long time trying to get the bloody anvil to make a longsword head to no avail. Using hot iron bars, the pattern and the blacksmith hammer.
BUT NOPE.
