Hi Guys,
is there a minecraft datapack which can show me the borders of a biome or spawnable blocks, by pressing a button?

Lower your biome blend to the lowest possible option. The stark color difference will help show.
Not that I know of. Biomes are not 1:1 like blocks are, but rather a 4x4 blob pattern. If you need this for working you may need to find a mod. If you need this for a map gimmick you will probably need to make something yourself.
