why isn't my mod passed the pending greenlight it has been 24 hours and it did not past pending greenlight how long does it take to pass the pending greenlight?

It usually takes up a couple of days
For publishing your first mod I believe it normally takes a while (but only happens for the first time you publish a mod here). For me it took around 2 weeks but that was 4 years ago so it may take more or less time now.

my first and third submission took over 49 hours to pass after you do enough work you get automatic posts they dont always need greenlights just your first few good ones as long as they are appropriate and not spam
