Prismarine fill command
I am trying to use the /fill command to fill a huge area with prismarine bricks but when I try the command it does not work. I looked up this problem and people say that you have to add the number 2 after prismarine but I tried that and it says syntax error at “2” pls help

What is the exact command that are you running?
The command I’m trying to run is /fill X Y Z X Y Z prismarine_bricks. But every time I try to enter it, it says syntax error at prsmarine_bricks
The correct command is:
/fill X Y Z X Y Z prismarine ["prismarine_block_type"="bricks"]
"prismarine_bricks" isn't its own block in commands, it's a type of prismarine. When people were saying to put the number 2 after it, that used to indicate which type of block to use (in this case, bricks) however that was changed (in 1.21 I think, not sure) to the current method.

I think it's that you're writing it wrong
i actually know fill command so this is ez to explain: all you need to do is put this symbol (~) before all the numbers, for example here is a command for a 10x10x10 (a cube) prismarine structure
/fill ~ ~ ~ ~10 ~10 ~10 prismarine_brick
try using that command and see if it works, i recommend going in the sky though to get the hang of it because of the getting used to of the xyz coordinates.
once your done practicing use the same command in the exact same spot except use the word "air" instead of prismarine bricks.

This would make a 10x10x10 cube from their location. I don't think that's what they're looking for. I could be mistaken though.
