Repair Expert DataPack for 1.13+
Did you know that items have invisible repair costs, and that they define how much it will cost for you to modify it using an anvil (combine enchants, rename or repair)? Sounds super important, doesn't it? Yes! This datapack allows you to see every items' repair cost by simply dropping it into the ground.Important Note 1: The repair cost will be shown via lore. Any previous lore in an item that has a repair cost will be lost. This shouldn't be a problem if you're playing vanilla survival.
Important Note 2: Repair cost and repair cost lore will only update when the item is dropped into the ground.
Note 1: Items with 0 Repair Cost will just show up as regular items.

How to Install DataPacks
Installing DataPacks (1.13+)
Step 1 - Inside your world save's folder, there should be a folder called ``datapacks``. Create it if it doesn't exist.
Step 2 - Put any datapacks you want inside the datapacks folder.
Step 3 if in Multiplayer Spigot - Stop the server and *then* start it. If the datapack(s) doesn't get enabled automatically, do the step below.
Step 3 if in Single Player - Start the world/server. If the datapack(s) doesn't get enabled automatically, type /datapack (requires at least operator level 4). If it still doesn't get enabled, type /reload and it will.

Enabling Infinite Repair
This datapack also allows you to make items never get "Too Expensive", so you can keep that piece of armor or tool that you love forever by just repairing it over and over (this will set any item with a repair cost above 10 to 10).
To do this, open the datapack and go to:
ExpertRepairer>Data>er>Functions>expert_repairer>options.mcfunction (open it with a text editor)

I think the other item had a cost of 1 (default), so they added up?
