Quality Quivers is a datapack that adds, you guessed it, quivers!

To craft the quiver, you need two leather and one string, as shown below.

To fill the quiver, simply select the quiver in your inventory, then select the arrow you want to put in the quiver.

To remove arrows from the quiver, hold the quiver in your off hand and switch it into an empty slot.

When you select a bow with a quiver in your off hand, the quiver turns into the first arrow inside it.

To switch between arrows in the quiver, hold your quiver in the off hand and select a bow, then switch hands.

This pack should be compatible with any datapack that adds custom arrows
