A Datapack that adds flying carpets to Minecraft. Flying carpets can be summoned by right clicking with a Carpet on a Stick and dismissed in the same way.

Obtain a Carpet on a Stick by doing /function flyingcarpet:givecoas
Can also be obtained in survival by throwing a fishing rod, red carpet, and nether star onto an enchanting table.

Once a flying carpet is summoned, you can mount it by clicking on the stirrups or within an area below it. Clicking on top of the carpet will not allow you to mount it.

Collision is in place to ensure that you can't clip into the ground.

Can be used in multiplayer servers, but not recommended as there are some bugs with despawning your carpet close to someone else's, and the fact that any significant lag will cause the collision checks to stop working.
