This data pack adds digital clocks and compasses to Minecraft!

Players holding a clock in their main hand or offhand will see the in-game date and time displayed in the action bar, just above the health and hunger bars. Similarly, players holding a compass will see their coordinates and compass bearing (direction) in the action bar. If the player is holding both a clock and a compass, the item in the main hand takes priority.

By default, the clock shows time in 24-hour format. Players can toggle between 24-hour and 12-hour time formats using the command "/trigger clockFormat".

The action bar displays of clocks and compasses are shown regardless of the dimension the player is in. Therefore, a clock will show the time of day in the Overworld even when the player is in another dimension. Similarly, the compass displays the player's coordinates and bearing even if the player is not in the Overworld.

Notes:
  • The day shown by the clock changes at midnight, in line with real-world dates. However, the date on the debug screen (which is also the value returned by "/time query day") changes at sunrise (6 am). This means that the day shown on the clock will be 1 greater than the day shown on the debug screen between midnight and 5:59 am (ticks 18000-23999).
  • The bearing displayed by the compass is measured in degrees clockwise from north. 0° is due north, 90° is due east, 180° is due south, and 270° is due west.
  • Since the compass needle points to the spawn point and not north, the compass bearing is not correlated to the direction of the compass needle.
  • Although the data pack has been designed for 1.20 and 1.20.1, it is also compatible with 1.19.4.

Cool datapack. Maybe have the different data (example X, Y, and Z coordinates) be shown in different colors for better readability?
