Catenaty is a datapack that adds decorative chains and ropes, also known as catenaries, to Minecraft. You can place a catenary using custom Firework Rocket items, which lets you place the anchor points off the block grid for extra customisation.

Catenary items have a custom data component, which defines what kind of catenary will be placed. This data can be fully customised by map makers, but there's also a few presets available for survival players.

This version updates the pack to Minecraft 1.21, and reworks some of the internal workings. New catenaries have been added, and some have even been removed!

A bit heavy on entites ^^ (did you test performances with a lot of entities? I'm curious)
I didn't do any benchmarking, but while testing the pack I was spamming catenaries all over the place and it didn't seem to impact performance very much.
Because the item_display is an entity, it disappears with distance (48..).
So it is usable for custom project I guess!
Any process to delete some catenaries? didn't found the information
Edit: oh, you just break it (interraction interracted) ^^
It would make more sense, at lease to me, if the lore said "Length modifier".
Or if you added some sort of survival friendly length limiting system the length lore might say the actual length limit and the original data might be represented under "Modifier".
