I suggest you visit "Draw With Jazza" on Youtube to get tutorial and tips on digital and traditional art. :)
Your draw very nicely. But it could definately improve. There is also Markcrilley (if you are into anime) and Baylee Jae. (click their name to go to their channels :) )
