Hi everyone. Now we've got our first administrator, we want to begin adding staff.

This server will start small, with survival and creative worlds, and as staff comes, we will add Adventure, Prison, etc.

We're currently in the planning stages of the server and we want to find people who admin, mod or builder experience to form the heads of each of these groups.

Some of these positions will be paid, as the server becomes monetized. 

A note about what were are planning:
1) All our worlds will be amazing or special for some reason. We will take extra time to pick seeds and special situations.
2) We want to come up with innovative ideas like: a compensation plan for those creators of maps who will allow their maps to be used on our server, especially if they are popular. Policy to be determined.
3) We will create a builder community where people can come and learn to build and we will produce cool projects and schematics for the PMC community to use. This means more than I'm communicating here- we want to help people understand the nature of architecture and nature using MC as a tool to bring about that understanding.
4) We will have server events that will involve everyone on the server, including mods and admin.
