I've decided to come up with some ideas for new bosses in Minecraft. Enjoy!
The Spider Queen would be a massive Spider with purple eyes and skin. To summon her, you would need to place 8 Spider Heads, (a new item) around a Cobweb, like this. 🕷🕷🕷

Once you build it, the Cobweb and Spider Heads will blow up, and you would start to see a cocoon forming. Once it forms, outcomes the Spider Queen! Once the battle begins, her Health Bar appears to show her Health. She would have 5 different attacks/moves.
An initial bite that's animated. She uses this attack the most, and it's the first one she'll use in the fight. Whenever she bites a Mob, she sucks HP out of it. She has a 30% out of 100% to get stunned if hit while Biting or being blocked during Biting.
A shot Cobweb that slows and weakens it's target when it hits. The Cobweb can be deflected, but the Spider Queen and her Spider Minions are immune to its Status Effects and Damage. Sometimes the Cobweb is a green, signifying that it's Toxic; Toxic Cobwebs slow the target and do the same amount of Lava whenever you're touching it.
When the Spider Queen summons minions, she lets out a roar as a whole wave of Spider Minions spawns behind her. The Spider Queen can't fight when summoning Minions, so this would be an excellent time to hit her. The Minions all have at least 1 random Status Effect Buff, (sometimes more). Her Spider Minions are tamable with Rotten Flesh when the battle ends.
When the Spider Queen does this attack, she shoots a Toxic Cobweb on top of the Player, making a VERY DEADLY stream of acid, and it makes blocks with gravity fall. The Spider Queen and her Minions are immune to the acid.
When the Spider Queen reaches 1/3 of her main Health, she goes into this stage. She starts out curling up where you can hit her without being hurt, but then she shoots a Cobweb, which permanently ties you to whatever it touched with you. It gives a new Status Effect called Stuck! As it is a Status Effect, it can be removed with Milk. In this stage, she also uses her attacks a lot more and uses her more powerful and rarer ones more too.
The Spider Queen can also climb walls at a rapid rate. She would be able to move very fast. Being able to always catch up with the target unless they're on a Horse. Her weakness, though, would be that she can't break sturdy blocks. So if you had a wall with strong blocks, she couldn't get through. She also would take a lot of damage from the Bane of Arthropods enchantment, even more so than a regular Spider. She would be the easiest of all the new bosses I came up with here, but... that's not ALL there is to the Spider Queen.
With the material you get from killing the Spider Queen, you would be able to make a full set of Spider Armour. Spider Armour would not be as good as Diamond Armour (defense wise) but would allow you to climb walls AND shoot Cobweb. If you right-clicked while nothing your holding has a right-click function, you would shoot a Cobweb that slows your targets and damages them overtime. If you walked into a wall, you would climb it. You would also not get stuck by Cobwebs, and Spiders wouldn't attack you.
Red Dragon: 150 Hp - Damage ❤❤ on Easy, ❤❤❤❤ on Normal, ❤❤❤❤❤❤ on Hard - Aggressive - Drops Dragon Scales and Dragon Meat - Tamable - Unbreedable
After you've defeated the Ender Dragon, every different biome you go to has a 5% chance for the Red Dragon to spawn in the skies. There can only be 1 Red Dragon at a time in the world, but if the one in the world dies, another can spawn. These dragons won't see you from very far away, and you'll need to actually get close for it to attack you.
You can either plan on killing, or taming him. (Probably taming). To tame him, you will need to mount whenever it lets you until you see some hearts and can feed him a Golden Apple to tame him. To kill it, attack it and don't try to ride him. The Red Dragons would have 7 different attacks/moves. The first being...
When the Red Dragon uses Fire Breath, he will breathe Fire that causes considerable damage. He can move while doing this too. The damage is blocked by armour. This attack shreds armor very quickly. This would be the Red Dragon's most used attack.
The Red Dragon only uses this attack if his target is downwards from him. When he uses this attack, the Dragon goes down to the ground and lands on it, knocking blocks everywhere and dealing mild Damage. This attack also causes an explosion, which ALSO deals damage along with the initial hit.
When the Red Dragon does this attack, he grabs and flies above a VERY high area before dropping you below. An Elytra would be an excellent and effective way to counter this.
When the Dragon does this attack, he flies toward before biting you for mild damage. This attack is NOT countered by any armor.
When the Dragon claws at you, he flies above you and scratches you, dealing minor damage with bleeding.
When the Dragon gets at half Health, he lets out a very menacing roar that does massive Damage and Knockback. When the Dragon is at this stage, he gets too weak to fly, attacking you on the ground. He also gains a special attack at this stage. Which is...
When the Dragon does this attack, he charges for some Damage, but he destroys ANY block in his way except Bedrock.
To ride your tamed Dragon, you need a Dragon Saddle, which would be a VERY RARE item found in dungeons only. When you attack while riding him, he will use any of his attacks except the Fire Breath, which you hold right-click to utilize.
However, if you KILL the Dragon, you get some sweet loot that can get you DRAGON ARMOUR. This armor is the same as Diamond Armour in protection with more durability. With this armor, you can fly, instead of gliding like the Elytra. To operate, you start off like you do with Elytra, and then you're flying. You can, however, boost the speed with Fireworks, even though you don't need them to fly.

Fire Breath: ❤❤💔 on Easy, ❤❤❤💔 on Normal, ❤❤❤❤💔 on Hard. - Gives the target a new Status Effect called Burning! It would be like being on Fire but much more severe and can be cured with Milk. - Significant Knockback
