When you start out you will probably be confused on what to do

The Ironblock and chiseled quartz blocks are the main generators they will give you bricks which the mid villiger will want

The beacon in the mid makes your generator spawn in nether stars which are used for team upgrades

The beacons that are seen on the small islands make your generator spawn Emeralds

Then Have fun and don't let the other players eat your cake
