Here are the steps to making the car(t):
1.Use this command
/summon Minecart ~ ~1 ~ {Riding:{id:"Slime"}}
2.Ride on your "Slime"cart
3.While riding the minecart (IMPORTANT TO BE ON IT) enter this command
/summon Minecart ~ ~1 ~ {Riding:{id:"LargeSlime"}}
4. If the "Large" slime cart did not fall onto the other cart try until you get it to land on top of it
5.Use the inverted controls W-Back A-Right S-Front D-Left
