1.One Commands!
There are great command blockers out there! Using there One commands will profit
both! He will get a new download, you will enhance your map. One commands such
as Weaken mobs by pyrotrooper14 can help you kill unwanted mobs in your world.
These commands are called assistant commands.

2.World Edit...
It may be a super hard task to build big buildings, duplicate builds, clear out area, etc.

3.Teleportation Book
While making A BIG MAP, you can't go wandering and wasting time on searchin'
for your minigames, spawn , command section. You can make a teleportation book using Minecraft tools [website book editor] to teleport yourself to these points. This helps in a great manner.

4.3D MODELS [100% VANILLA MC]
[USING ARMOR STANDS]
I would be doing a tutorial on this, or you can paste these commands below, I will
put in the comments section. These are great to see and use.

1./summon minecraft:armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {NoGravity:1,CustomName:"1",ShowArms:1,Pose:{RightHand:[direction of your choice]}}
Then you will place your item..
2./entitydata @e[name=1,r=2000] {Invulnerable:1,DisabledSlots:1,Invisible:1,NoBasePlate:1}
DisabledSlots will not let the player take the item. Change them to your own choice. [to false]
Now keep on teleporting your stand to a specific location.
