I converted all FamFamFam flags by Mark James into ~270 capes.
Depending on what websites you browse, you may have seen them in both good and bad places, but all those places just use them because, and I quote, "These flag icons are available for free use for any purpose with no requirement for attribution".

This license also applies to these capes, because... why not. Use them however you want.

There is an "Extended" folder and it is there because FFF flags haven't been updated since ~2010. It includes a few flags in the FFF style and with similar use license. There is also a txt file which links the exact source for each one (Wikimedia).
