Ever joined a server and the staff and mods were immature,abusive, or etc? well this has to end! Most people just pick staff based on friends or people they asked to join their server...or if you advertise for their server.I've seen it all, and it drives me nuts.Lately i have been on a server and me and my brother had gotten banned when the Owner and a Head-Admin abused us! So heres the deal in order to pick great staff: First test their maturity and start them off at a lower rank and let them actaully EARN their rank.Dont just give them it. And make sure their fit for the job like certain ages and also they cannot be a staff without any reason they need to atleast know something about plugins and etc.Also dont start adverising your server until you've simply made the perfect crew of Staff.WARNING: Im not really good at this stuff but i ddi it based on things that had happened and things i have seen happen and its quite annoying and adominable to others if you dont have the right staff...so please do whats right and if you own a server and are abusive and etc...Dont even consider owning a Server until your maturity levels are up and you re more aware of people's behavior when picking your staff crew.So thanks for reading this whole thing if you have and tell your opinion about this if you want in the comments, and also more tips for people to pick better staff. :)
