Defective handlebar can't be properly secured
I received a defective unit, with handlebar that could not be secured. The handlebar wobbled and could not be stabilized. Also, the box the scooter arrived in was a mess -- everything had been previously opened and badly repackaged. We own other Globber scooters -- see photo -- and we love them, so this review doesn not apply to the Globber brand. We're upset that we were sent a scooter that had a problem and now we're expected to pay for return shipping.
