Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply: after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating; immediately after towel drying; at least every 2 hours. Children under 6 months: Ask a doctor. Sun Protection Measures. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.; wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses. Protect this product from excessive heat and direct sun.

This is a fantastic sunscreen, probably the best I’ve ever used. It has a light, velvety feel and absorbs quickly into your skin. After it absorbs it doesn’t feel like you’re wearing it at all. It has a light, pleasant tropical scent and doesn’t really smell like sunscreen. Much to my surprise I was able to wear this on my face with zero greasiness, and my makeup was perfectly compatible with it (maybe… I daresay… better?). My only recommendations for Banana Boat would be to make an unscented version or one with a higher SPF.

I need sunscreen. Like a lot of it. This product came recommended by NYTimes Wirecutter, so I thought I'd give it a try. It works great! Goes on smoothly and doesn't look all shiny. Doesn't feel greasy, and doesn't smell like a tropical drink or that old-school Coppertone scent.

The only reservation I have is the relatively high price. It's middle of the road for really high-end sunscreens, but more expensive than store brands that tend to work just as well (if not feeling quite as nice).
