Amazing customer service! Before even opening the package I received an email from the seller that the test tubes may not fit. They were correct but will make due with the slight tilt. What I appreciated was that they got in front of the issue and offered a refund or replacement before I even had to enquire. You don't see great customer service like that very often. Kudos to them and I love the product even with the tilt!
