I highly recommend the entire line, especially if you're someone with smaller hands and find giant knives a bit cumbersome.
This paring knife is obviously the smallest in the line, but it's very sharp and I have used it for more than just peeling and small intricate work like pitting cherries.
I've had other Global knives, and I enjoy the extremely sharp (and narrow) edge and how long they remain sharp. It's also extremely easy to clean, as it's all one piece, with no joints or cracks.
