Ten day review:My two ten-year old cats had never had a water fountain. One of them loves drinking directly from the faucet, which is why I thought this one was right. And yes! Although it took a couple of transition days, they love it. Not only are they drinking more water, but the flow configuration allows my other cat to drink from the less turbulent area, since she enjoys a laminar almost still flow.The fountain is very easy to put together and set up, instructions are clear and easy to follow. It is very silent, only makes a bit of sound, not annoying at all, when the water level is below medium, almost minimum, and it comes from the water falling though the small siphon.Will update :)

I like the ease of assembly for this product. I also appreciate the large volume of water it can hold. One of the features that I really appreciated was the light that indicates how filled the bowl is. It reflects through the water giving a very easy to view status on water level.
My cats love to drink from both the spout and where the water hits on the bowl.
The bowl holds a lot of water and is good for a multi pet household . This water bowl runs silently and smoothly the flow of water is steady. The design of the bowl eliminates the worry of the bowl tipping over.
Unlike other flowing water bowls I have used in the past this one was easy to clean. Breakdown cleaning and reassembly was so simple. If you are holding off on getting an automatic water bowl because of concern on the cleaning process I urge you to please get this bowl for your pets. The ease of operation and maintenance left me feeling pleased with this purchase.
I believe I got a great value for my money. This product also came in a timely manner.

This is a pretty good fountain, very quiet all day and keeps the water clean and fairly easy maintenance. My little deli loovvveeed the sink but would never touch a water bowl, so I wanted one as sink like as possible for her. She loves this thing, not to tmi but you notice how much more hydration shes getting just changing the litter box! cats can often go dehydrated without expressing it so it oddly will make you happy to see despite it being liter. Water seems to stay fairly cool, and its lasted pretty good for serious regular use.

The fountain runs VERY quiet. It has a fairly large water tank for its size and only needs to be refilled every few days for two cats. I like how it illuminates the water so that you can clearly see the water line. I’ve had mine for about six months and have had no mechanical issues so far.

When it comes to cleaning the thing, I like that most of the parts completely disassemble so that you can reach small cracks and crevices; however, you will still need a pipe cleaner or comparable brush to clean it thoroughly. Admittedly, I don’t change the filters as often as I should (not intentionally); and in spite of that, I still only have to deep clean it every other month or so.

I was once told cats like to drink water from a fountain and not directly from a bowl. So I decided to get Summer a cat water fountain so that I wouldn’t have to worry about refilling her bowl each day.

The reason why I liked the fountain:
Really easy to use and straightforward.
The only time it’s noisy is when water levels are low, however it is to be expected. Any time after that, it makes almost no noise whatsoever.
It has a recent amount of volume it can collect, I measure around 4-5 water bottles and put them straight into the fountain.
It is fairly easy to handle and clean once water levels are depleted.

Reasons why I don’t like the water filter:
Once the water levels are down, since the pump is a certain height at the top of the container it fails to get a reasonably amount of to pump it up to the fountain. This makes sense but it means that when Im cleaning the filter, I have to dumb a reasonable amount of the water that remained inside.

My other and last complaint is that the max water you are allowed to put inside the filter is on the exterior of the fountain, sure it looks well however I’d rather see the max from the INSIDE AND OUTSIDE of the fountain. Makes it easier for me to know how many water bottles I’m going to need in order to fill the container.

In conclusion: the pros outweigh the cons and this is a very good water fountain for people who need one. Even if in the future you plan on switching to another fountain, keep this one around just in case you might need it do to it’s efficiency.

Bought this because I was heading out of town for several days and was trying to make things easier for my spouse. Before leaving I told them the blue light makes it easy to see how full the water is. They heard as long as the blue light is on it has water.

I returned to the pump still trying, but no water to pump. Bone dry. I filled it anyway, expecting to have to toss a non-functional water bowl. It kicked right back in like brand new!!! I don't care if I have to replace it sooner than expected, the fact it still worked just fine after this abuse really impressed me. When I do have to replace it, I will buy the same one.

my cat, who comes running at the sound of a faucet being turned on and likes to sit on the edge of the tub while I shower, loves it. she may even love playing in it more than she likes drinking from it. the fountain is very quiet, but still provides a slight trickling sound that I find peaceful.

I really like how the fountain is a cute color but still clear so I can see the water level. since this is a one-cat household, I clean it every Sunday and the water lasts all week (it would definitely last longer, but I like to make sure to start the week with a clean fountain for her).

I also like how the water pools at the top, it gives me peace of mind should the power go out while I am away. I would highly recommend, especially if you are away a lot as I never worry about her going thirsty!

The water fountain is great. Relatively easy to maintain clean and it runs very smoothly. I love the little blue light that it offers at nights and that ALMOST all of the parts detach. I clean it about once a week and take out all of the parts. However, I have noticed that the silicon/rubber lining that is used to insert the metal spout is molding. It is impossibly to take it out to clean it and the company does not offer replacement parts for it. Essentially one would have to buy a completely new fountain just to replace this part as it becomes a danger for the cat. If the company offered replacement parts for this rubber/silicone- plastic insert I would give five stars. The water fountain becomes unusable after a couple months if you cannot replace this rubber lining because I would not want to give my cat molding water. Just as the pump is offered separately this part should be offered separately to buy as well.
