Amazon isn’t the only retailer hyping major deals in July.

Target launched its summer Circle Week on July 7, promising steep savings through July 13 for shoppers enrolled in both its free and paid Circle memberships.

Many of the markdowns are mediocre. But some are pretty good.

Here are the best deals from Target on Wirecutter picks—things that we’ve tested and recommend.

Small, round, and especially durable, the latest version of our longtime favorite Bluetooth speaker is largely the same as its predecessor but now has USB-C charging (finally). Not only is it resistant to water and dust, but it can also survive a 5-foot drop onto concrete. And it floats.

Other things to know: Design is largely unchanged, so it’s still a little chunky and can feel somewhat ungainly when you’re packing. Has an IP67 water- and dust-resistance rating. Battery lasted 11 hours during testing. Price reflects in cart with free Target Circle membership.

You don’t need to compromise on values or budget when shopping for a quality comforter. Our pick features a thick sateen cotton outer shell filled with RDS-certified duck down that doesn’t shift or clump in the wash as much as others we tested.

Other things to know: All Season version sells out more often than lightweight and heavyweight versions, both of which are on sale. Leaks feathers over time, especially after washing. Lowest price we've seen in two years. Free Target Circle membership required.

Offering high quality at a fantastic price, these warm, thick sateen sheets are softer than many pricier sets we’ve tested. They fit mattresses up to 18 inches thick and come in a rainbow of colors, so they’re a great option for a guest room or a child’s room—or for use as an outdoor movie screen.

Other things to know: Less breathable and more wrinkle-prone than other sateen sets we’ve tested. Deal price reflects the queen size, but all sizes are on sale. Street price has risen substantially over the years.

As timeless as it is durable, this curtain’s neutral colors and classic waffle-weave design will complement just about any bathroom. But you’ll probably need a liner; it stayed wet longer than any of our other cotton curtain picks.

Buying Options

Other things to know: Shrinks quite a bit. Without a liner, stayed wet longer than our other all-cotton picks. Free Target Circle membership required. Select store pickup to avoid shipping fees. Free shipping and an extra 5% off with Circle Card.

Made with GOTS-certified organic cotton, this towel is more absorbent than our former budget pick, but it pulled and snagged more after several washes. It comes in 11 subdued colors.

Buying Options

Other things to know: Deal is for the bath towel, but all sizes are discounted. Must be purchased online. Free Target Circle membership required. Free shipping with Target Circle Card or Circle 360 membership, or opt for store pickup to avoid shipping fees.

Compared with previous models, the latest-gen Apple Watch has more premium features and a larger active screen area. During our tests, it offered the best combination of style, health and fitness features, app selection, battery life, and price of any smartwatch for any platform.

Buying Options

Other things to know: Battery easily lasts for a day on a charge, but if you’re doing anything demanding, you may find your watch in power-reserve mode by the end of the day. 41 mm face size, aluminum case, comes with GPS but not cellular. Free Target Circle membership required.

Thanks to this action camera’s impressive image quality and super-steady stabilization, it captures life’s big and small moments beautifully. Other perks include waterproofing to a depth of 10 meters, a 2-millimeter-thick Gorilla Glass lens cover, and a simple interface that beginners can easily navigate.

Other things to know: Battery generally lasted about 15% longer than that of the previous-gen model. Great app. Also on sale with an accessories bundle, if you want or need the extras: The bundle includes the Handler (floating hand grip), the Head Strap 2.0, two Enduro batteries, and a case.

This rugged water bottle can adapt to numerous situations. Made with double-walled, stainless steel insulation, it has a wide mouth with an easy-to-drink-from spout lid and a twist-on flip cap. A silicone rubber base prevents it from slipping or making noise on hard surfaces.

Other things to know: Takeya offers a limited lifetime warranty (receipt required). Deal for the 22-ounce size in blush. Free Target Circle membership required to get the deal price. Select store pickup to avoid shipping fees. Free shipping and an extra 5% off with Circle Card.
