About this mod
Just simple replacer, to make animation for (DMC) Shiver Alpha - A Frostfall like in EVG Conditional Idles, for cold weathers. That one will triger animation only if yours Frost meter from Frostfall is above 90.
Update 2.0.
Fixed bug from original mod (DMC SA), when animation from player frostmeter increase was aplied to all NPC.

Description
If you dont like original (DMC) Shiver Alpha - A Frostfall animation (its a little rough) ...
If you dont like original EVG Condtitonal Idles conditions (in every cold region) for "Cold" animation ...
THAT MOD ADDON IS FOR YOU
Just simple replacer, to make animation for (DMC) Shiver Alpha - A Frostfall like in EVG Conditional Idles, for cold weathers. That one will triger animation only if yours Frost meter from Frostfall is above 90.
Install and tweaks.
Delete yours C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\meshes\actors\character\animations\DynamicAnimationReplacer\_CustomConditions\4000 folder, and replace it with file from this mod.
Now animation will played only when yours Frostmeter is high enough.
If you want to disable original "Cold" animations from EVG Condtitonal Idles in _CustomConditions: its 2125 (player ) and 1925 (NPC ) or 6002125 (player ) and 6001925 (NPC )
Simple add prefix in the name of mentioned folders "- disabled" like this:
1925 - disabled
2125 - disabled

For Sky SA users, also should work without (DMC) Shiver Alpha - A Frostfall . Frostbite . CC Survival Animation Mod (DAR folder 4000). Than not "-disable" DAR 6002125 (2125) folder.
Advise:
You can change condition for frostmeter (by default it is 90) and set it to 80, 70 and ext. in conditions.txt in downloded folder.
