13 years at Sophos

Today, I completed 13 years at Sophos (Cyberoam). In many terms this is like a lifetime. Many people often ask me, don’t you get bored or indirectly tell me, one cannot grow in the same organization. How do I explain that Sophos is an ecosystem where you get all platforms of growth? It is a cocktail of energy of a startup, experience of a legacy company and culture that makes each one of us feel important in the bigger journey. I have several reasons to be joyful at Sophos, but as I have completed 13 years, here are my 13 reasons.
