Our team's dedication to elevating brand events and activations shines through in our collaboration with the @primevideo team for the 'it girl' brunch commemorating the release of Them's second season. Honoring Pam Grier's return to television, we curated an empowering experience for LA's most influential women. Our custom-designed newspapers adorned the tables, spotlighting each attendee and fostering a celebration of their individuality. The response was phenomenal!

“I'm just so tired of watching myself and every single other woman tie herself into knots so that people will like us.” - America Ferrera in Barbie The Movie To all the women out there, have you ever paused to reflect on the journey of being a woman in today's world? Women's History Month originated from a grassroots movement in Sonoma County, California to honor women's contributions to history, culture, and society. It provides a platform to recognize trailblazing women who have shattered barriers and paved the way for future generations. Despite significant strides, women continue to face systemic barriers in various aspects of life, including the workplace, healthcare, and education. Gender pay gaps, lack of representation in leadership roles, and gender-based discrimination persist as pressing challenges that demand attention and action. This year's theme celebrates “Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion”, recognizing women who understand that, for a positive future, we need to eliminate bias and discrimination from our lives and institutions. What will you do this month to honor Women’s History Month? Swipe to see how you can show your support this month and throughout the year.

🌟 Happy Women's History Month! 🌟 As a Black woman, I celebrate this month by reflecting on the incredible journey and the monumental contributions of women to the civil rights movement and the ongoing fight for social justice, equity, and inclusion. Throughout history, women have been the backbone of change, often juggling multiple roles – from nurturing homes as mothers and wives to leading on the front lines of activism. Yet, the work and sacrifices of these remarkable women frequently go unrecognized, overshadowed by their male counterparts, despite their dual roles in the professional world and at home. This month, I’m excited to shine a light on the women who have tirelessly fought for our rights, often while managing a household and a career, proving resilience and strength in the face of adversity. Women's contributions to social justice have shaped our world, from Claudette Colvin’s and Rosa Parks' defiant stand against segregation to Fannie Lou Hamer's and Stacy Abram’s relentless fight for voting rights. These women, and countless others, have paved the way for future generations, embodying the essence of courage and determination. Their legacy is a testament to the power of women's voices in creating a more equitable and inclusive society. However, the fight for equality is ongoing. Women continue to face disparities in pay and representation, especially Black women and women of color, who encounter even greater obstacles. As we celebrate Women's History Month, I urge you to commit to action. I call on male allies to stand with us in advocating for equity and fair pay for all women. It's time to recognize and value the indispensable roles women play in our lives and our movements for change. Let's honor the women of the past by continuing their fight for justice and equality. Support women-led initiatives, advocate for policies that ensure fair treatment and opportunities, and celebrate the achievements of women in every field. We can create a world that values and uplifts every woman; it will take a collaborative approach. Change is a collective responsibility! It’s up to all of us. Let’s clap for women!!!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 #WomensHistoryMonth #CelebrateWomen #SocialJustice #Equity #Inclusion #FairPayForWomen #AdvocateForChange

Happy Universal Women's Week! From Sunday, March 10 to Saturday, March 16, this week is dedicated to commemorating the achievements of women in all fields. This is an extended period to celebrate the accomplishments women have made in history and further progress needed to continue the battle for equal rights. Universal Women's Week is a time to discuss politically the impact that women have been making in society and what aspects of culture need improvement. It is a time for women all over the world to share resources, run seminars, and help women think about the world around them and how solutions can be made for the ever presiding problems that women face. Holidays such as Universal Women’s Week help expand the education needed for women to understand how important women’s rights are so it can be explored and discussed on a global scale. On a world-wide scale, many women still do not have the resources that they deserve to be able to thrive in the world, and as a result, this holiday advocates women to strive for long-lasting solutions to benefit everyone as a whole. Let us take this week to commemorate the achievements of women in all fields, including film, business, science, and art. Let us celebrate the progress that has been made and continue to strive for equal rights for all women. #UniversalWomensWeek #EqualRights #WomenEmpowerment

It’s Women’s History Month, but what does visibility do for us? Does it bring about justice, ensure our safety, or provide genuine support? Justice for Black and Brown women demands more than visibility. It calls for liberation. Support for disabled and neurodivergent women goes beyond visibility. It calls for equity. Safety for trans and queer women isn’t achieved by mainstream visibility. It requires destigmatization. A month dedicated to us, prioritizing our stories—this gesture fall short. True safety emerges from genuine change. Let’s spotlight those driving this change. Share women working toward these goals. Tag them below to amplify their impact. 👇🏽👇🏽 I’ll start: Madison Butler 🏳️🌈🦄, Erin Reed, Stacey A. Gordon, MBA, and Yai Vargas. #WomensHistoryMonth #IntersectionalFeminism

Happy Women’s Equity Day! At Vetsource, we love to see the growing number of women entering STEM jobs! Women’s Equity Day celebrates women’s suffrage with the passing of the 19th Amendment. However, just as it is important to recognize that women of color were denied access to the polls until the Voting Rights Act of 1965, it is also important to recognize the added barriers that women of color face in STEM today. On this Women's Equity Day, as we celebrate the advancement of ALL women, we encourage you to learn about some incredible women of color advancing STEM fields and the Society of STEM Women of Color. Then, ask yourself, what can I do to advance women in STEM today?
