What would you pick?? There are so many opportunities and to pursue everything is quite impossible. If you are one person doing everything for your business, it is hard to add more actions. The next step is to have a team. But having a team is not enough!! There needs to be someone who takes care of: 1. What is the direction in which the team is working? 2. What are we trying to accomplish in the big picture? 3. Who is dividing the tasks for the team? 4. What is the quality of the work done by the team? 5. Are we just mentally maturbati** about the work or is there a practical output of our actions? Working alone is easy but now you have to be the CEO. Team productivity depends on how good of a CEO you are. For me, CEO is a flashy word because I don't have a team of hundreds. But I understand the importance of being a person who guides everyone. The one who commands the way because he/she can see the bigger picture. Being a CEO doesn't mean "Employees working for you." It actually means "You working for all the employees." I have given 16.9 years of my life to this company, during this long period I worked with so many HR's like NALINI JOSHI MAAM, MOHIT KAPIL SIR, NEHA GUPTA MAAM, SHIVANI MAAM , NIMESH SIR, in managers like PRADEEP SARKAR SIR , VENU SOMSHEKHRAN SIR, VIJENDRA SINGH SIR, SAURABH SRIVASTAVA SIR, RANJAN KUMAR SIR, MARK JUSTIN SIR, ROBIN TEJPAL SIR, DEEPAK GUPTA SIR, SHOBHA MAAM & LAST WAS NARESH KHURANA SIR. I started my journey from 121 unit and end with emerald 226 unit, I have seen lots of ups and down in this period , no doubt the company have given me better invorment better work place and position, when I was resigning from my job my current HR MR ROHAN TONDON had try to convince me to be to on job but I need to resign so I didnt accept his words, I have given complete one month notice period after resign, then my HR told me that you have to serv tow month notice otherwise recovery will be done from you, I thought 2 months notice period ( without saraly ) and 45 extra to get FNF , who will be serwive 105 days without payment , my last working day was 30 september. on second of nov 2023 I received my 17 years Gratuty. when I was trying to connect with my HR ROHAN TONDON to clearly the breakup of this FNF he started ignoring my calls My massage , I start requesting to my unit manager he help me to provide the docs but my HR was still busy, I had received a PDF file of break my final FNF. in that file I saw that recovery amount is morethan of one month salary , when I tryed to aks this thing to MY HR he never reply me, then I aks to my unit manager that how can its posibble that one month recovery is morethan one month salary so he for word my request to HR, but result was 0 this kind of HR Behaviour I never seen in my life,,,, today is 30TH NOV & I m still waiting for my FNF, some of my EMI's are pending due to this. AFTER 17 YEAR SERVICE IN SHOPEERSTOP TODAY I M VERY UPSET , missing to GOVIND SHREEKHNADE SIR, B S NAGESH SIR, looking to LABOUR DEPARTMENT,,,
