Feeling stressed or anxious? Talking to a colleague I was reminded that stress does not appear in the way we may imagine. People can't always identify stress/anxiety in themselves before things are too far along. Keep a look out for subtle changes in someone's behaviour and it's always good to do check ins. This is what stress looks like for me (smile and avoid eye contact), not how you may imagine. I've learned to be more conscious of how I'm feeling so I can proactively manage it.
