Kristian is nominated for a VectorCSP spot award in recognition of his contribution to the 6th Combat Training Squadron, Detachment 2, JBSA. The Flight Chief from his section reached out with a glowing review of how Kristian has been instrumental to many of their recent accomplishments and, if they had the ability, they would submit him for a quarterly award. Here are the highlights of the submission: Since Kristian arrival at the FTU, he has consistently sought to improve the unit and repair a previously damaged relationship between the detachment’s leadership and the Armorer position. His flexibility and motivation was on display when he synchronized four organizations for the purpose of phasing out the M9. His networking skills enabled him to orchestrate the inspection and disposition of 41 M9s which was vital to modernizing the TACP training program. Furthermore, he devised and implemented a realistic and expedient process for eliminating the vast maintenance backlog for the M18 and M4. His stewardship is key for resupplying the armory with 29 fully mission capable weapons valued at $14,500. His positive attitude and work ethic has greatly improved the overall climate of our detachment. We are glad to have him as a part of the team and we look forward to everything that he can provide for the unit. For his critical role in supporting our customer’s achievement, Kristian is worthy of recognition by VectorCSP for his dedication to providing superior support.

Westley is nominated for a VectorCSP spot award in recognition of his contribution to the 95th Fighter Squadron, Stan Eval Section. Capt. Wiliams, Chief of Stan Eval section reached out with a glowing review of how Wes has been instrumental to many of their recent accomplishments and, if they had the ability, they would submit him for a quarterly award. Here are the highlights of the submission: Westley has been crucial to the standup of Tyndall AFB as a whole. He was obviously hired at the squadron level for Stan Eval but has implemented processes for the entire 325th Fighter Wing. He is the literal example of “fire and forget” as we have given him numerous tasks and has since taken it upon himself to not only complete them but has created new and efficient processes for the future. Wes has single handedly implemented the newest Electronic Flight Bag program for the Wing and will be the benchmark for the two future squadrons at Tyndall AFB. He shows up to work every single day with a smile on his face and asks if there is anything that he can do to help on top of the tasks he already has. Wes helped stand up the 95 FS Stan Eval shop with a 1.1M budget and in doing so, we were awarded Superior Performers by ACC and the 325 FW as our shop becomes one of ACCs lead examples. For his critical role in supporting our customer’s achievement, Westley is worthy of recognition by VectorCSP for his dedication to providing superior support.

Tony received a Spot Award for his short notice support of weekend and 12-hour shift work to assist ALC’s Information Systems Division’s preparation for an upcoming Command Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI). Numerous tasks across the ISD Operations and Security Teams (Tony supports Operations) needed immediate attention following a CGCYBER visit. Tony stepped up without any lead time and helped the client’s mission. Around the same time, Tony referred a prior colleague to us who we ultimately hired to fill a best athlete position on the ALC ISD contract. This positively impacted the support to the customer in the development area which the prime had been struggling to build to full capacity, and increased VectorCSP’s footprint on the contract. Tony’s motivation to help both our customer and VectorCSP shine by being flexible and proactive is a testament to his commitment and hard work, and a great representation of our vision to be the dominant force for good in U.S. Government contracting.

Angelo was nominated for a Spot Award for going above and beyond in his System Administrator role at the USCG C5ISC Mission Systems Sustainment Lab (MSSL). USCG ALC’s Aviation Cybersecurity Officer said that the impact of Angelo’s work is readily apparent at every fixed wing air station. In addition to his operational impact, Angelo’s work also effects the credibility of the entire ALC MSSL/Cyber program with their partners in C5I and CGCyber. Angelo’s Aviation Weekly Scan Report had a direct influence on the support ALC receives for aviation laptop authorization, saving an enormous amount of logistical responsibility and administrative burden. Angelo’s ability to improve mission system laptop support and to maintain vigilance over the evolving enterprise has ensured the cyber health of the program he supports and enabled greater efficiencies. Kudos Angelo!
