Exploring confluence of artificial intelligence, art, music, dancing, yoga and spirituality for wellness of one and all. YouTube Arnab Kumar, X, Instagram @arnabch01, Investor, Author, Dancer, Artist, AI, philanthropy.
Respected Dr Sangita, Congratulations for this wonderful article. It is very important that women be a part of tech landscape in India. Infact I will say in the coming age of Artificial Intelligence participation of women in tech is more critical than ever. We hardly have a handful of women in corporate boardrooms in India. This must change. Frankly for India to reach a GDP of 40 trillion dollar by 2047 ( this is definitely possible) the female participation in tech and other sectors need to grow manifold. But the companies need to offer flexibility to women. Women has a full-time job in home and then she has to handle another full-time job. So personally I will say companies must have hr policies to help working mothers and young ladies. Frankly women needs more support than men. This I am saying purely on the basis how our society functions. You are a pioneer in healthcare and an icon. We need many more like you who will serve as role models. Thank you Best regards Arnab #women #empowerment #womenintech #momtech #womeninscience #womeninbusiness #india #equality #equalitymatters #equalopportunity #womensday #womensday2024

In a revelation that struck me recently, the pervasive impact of subconscious bias on perpetuating gender stereotypes became evident. To propel women to the forefront, dismantling the mental barriers ingrained in our collective consciousness is imperative. Breaking free from stereotypes is the pathway to fostering a community where every individual is viewed as a potential contributor, whether in technology or STEM fields. By challenging preconceived notions, we pave the way for a more inclusive and equitable society. Let's collectively champion this shift, fostering an environment that recognizes and celebrates the diverse talents each person brings, irrespective of gender. The true strength of innovation lies in embracing the wealth of perspectives that both men and women bring to the table. #Rethinkingbias so powerful! One way to tackle it is to get more women in #STEMeducation to participate in tech/digital design. Read this powerful piece on the impact of women's underrepresentation in digital design https://lnkd.in/dPFP4Nwa by Akhand Tiwari & Ankita Bhat, at MicroSave Consulting (MSC).

Being a woman and a person of strong opinions, the journey of personal and professional life has not been easy just like for many/most of you in my network. But difficulties and challenges help you come stronger and polished. One thing I learnt during this journey is to not let others opinions "define you or the path you take". While others can guide you(which I cant be thankful enough of as I have been blessed with some amazing mentors in my life including my husband Sumant Singh), sometimes some can judge you but I strongly believe that "you are defined by your thoughts and the choices you make in your life." In our societies woman is symbolised as the calm, composed, poised figure of Love, Sacrifices, Life and Relationships she lives and we celebrate them for these beautiful qualities every year. This year on International Women's Day #IWD let us break the status quo and let us celebrate ourselves for voicing our thoughts, boldness, self care, strength, competence, ambitions and dreams we have. I am calling out one such woman I know in my network and if you find this post relevant then from now until March 8, you can repost this tagging the one or many women you know and appreciate for creating an impact. Archana Ravi You are a big inspiration and symbol of strength for fighting all odds in your life and reaching where you are today. You make a big impact. 👏 P.S - This post is not only for women but for everyone who believes in the power of womanhood and trust the abilities of a woman to make the difference in this world. We at Aera Technology strongly believe in the culture of inclusivity so if you are eager to work in the newest of technology, then please reach out as we are hiring for multiple roles in the organisation. #IWD #womenpower #makingthedifference
