16 january 2024 remarks as 1 year of my working journey as MAIK's staff. First of all, I am grateful to become a part of this company. Thanks to my officer for giving trust for me to bear the responsibility in task force team.
Let me brief a little about my team. Our team was established to solve the Waqaf land's registration in all over District and Land Office in Kelantan. As Kelantan has 10 districts, we divided our team into 2 groups. I'm assigned to settle in 5 districts which are Pasir puteh, Tumpat, Pasir Mas, Machang and Gua musang.
In the beginning of this role, I'm a bit struggling to adapt with the situation and blend with new people. Introvert traits in mine need to hide. From one department to one department, I need to interact with many people in my daily works. As I only have 1 month in each district, I need to quickly make myself comfortable and friends with staff there to smooth my workflow. By receiving help from my team members, I can say that "I succeeded" in facing the challenges.
Apart from that, I actively join any programs held by my company in order to gain experience and to fulfill my annual contribution's target.
Day by day, I always try to improve my social skills and still learn for that thing.
More challenges to come. Always be prepared.

Yes, public feedback can be effective and appropriate IF the feedback can motivate and encourage your team members/colleagues, but on the other hand, it also can be ineffective--and may cause embarrassment and demotivation--if it is not delivered correctly.
