Part of the impact of climate change is due to lack of appropriate infrastructure such as clear unsilted gutters, recharge pits etc during floods at the same time incorporation of organic carbon by converting waste to biochar and providing it to farmers to increase better management of carbon nitrogen cycle leading to higher yield per unit area needs to be looked at. Technolgy to use carbon dioxide methane etc from air back to carbon form for use must be looked at. Faster quicker solutions are needed.

The Trillions Are Sitting Idle We, the private sector, can mobilize trillions for climate action and global development amidst economic uncertainties. Drawing inspiration from the Marshall Plan, which was pivotal in Europe's post-World War II reconstruction and utilized the Bretton Woods system, we can engage in off-market transactions within the Bretton Woods Private Marketplace. Strategies for Securing Funding Off-Market Transactions This is not retail banking. These are off-market private transactions, conducted under the same stringent regulations as any banking activity. Capitalism generates capitalists in the democratic - market based society. Capitalists concentrate most of economic powers, and after they seek to control the political democratic process; and some of them will to overthrow the system itself, i.e. the democratic - market based society. How we can avoid this to happen and happen again? This is the question of our time.

A bank doesn’t actually create anything. Then a couple with the climate fiasco which is BS science and the whole thing is doomed especially from the ordinary persons viewpoint. It’s sickening to see money printed out of thin air and then used to acquire actual assets to make a very small section of society, unbelievably wealthy.

I want to submit a topic‘Flood management’ in Assam and North East region of India because flood creates Havoc particularly in Assam every year. The river Brahmaputra and its tributaries are responsible for this problem. The topic is submitted for expert comments.Another river Barak also created problem. The Assam is surrounded by hills and the running water because of rainfall coming down carring silt to Assam making the river bed shallow.

The most straightforward approach would be to provide capital for things that make poor people less poor. Cheap energy. Education (particularly for girls). Education appropriate livelihoods. Reproductive commodities. Look to what worked in Asia and adapt that to Africa. Nothing could generate a higher ROIC than that.
