My daughter asked for her birthday to go to a local zoo with friends and Texas Roadhouse afterwards. I saw this quote on the wall and loved it. The sign made me reflect: ✅ Some of the best sustainable organizations in the world focus on the employees AND the customers. ❌ Some organizations get so focused on maximizing profits short term, they forget about how the actual employees and customers impact the organizations overall success. 🌱 What is sowed is reaped in the future. 😀
