Hands-on Experience Really Matters (#PCS) When I think back over the lessons I have learned throughout my life, I realize that many came from participating in hands-on activities, not from a lecture only environment or from reading it in a book. When I was a student at the university, I didn't study anything about #BESS. One of the most useful experiences I had in my life was when I lived for 2 years in South Korea (2007 - 2009). During that time I was fortunate to assemble PCS units by my hands in a lab environment for R&D purposes. It was my first time touching, assembling and putting together IGBTs along with their firing circuits, Texas Instruments DSPs control boards, ... etc. I was blessed to develop C++ software codes for Back-to-Back converters, motor drives, UPS, DVR, and PCS that is widely used now for #PV and BESS. When I came to Canada in 2010, I was able to land my first energy storage job (at a Flywheel Energy Storage Systems, #ESS, manufacturer) in North America because of the experience that I gained in South Korea. And until now, I am getting relevant benefits from the momentum of the hands-on experience that I gained in South Korea 15 years ago. To sum up, the best way to learn is to do. https://lnkd.in/g72psqPY #energystorage #microgrid #SolarPlusStorage #demandresponse #demandsidemanagement #ancillaryservices #batteries #bidirectionalEVcharger

in Telecommunication infrastructure: 4 type of loops we can admit: 1- virtual "logic local on-promise loop" by software 2- wire local loop by cross-looping emission and reception 3- remote site" logic virtual loop" by device 4- wire hardware " real remote cross-looping" all the test troubleshooting are a elimination thinking test we eliminate each zone by testing loop zone" segment 1 right good , zone 2 right good"... we work with the operator in the <remote> site and the E1 test instrument, or 32 channel test instrument currently the E1 test embeded in Huawei or ZTE Equipment, I mean E1 loop test are Embeded with the device That's all 💯 any suggestion from your Engineers....!
