CRO @ Redfish Technology || Providing Disruptive Tech Companies w/ Talent || 25k+ Followers || Forbes Next 1000 || Girl Mom
Every product manager brings a unique flavor to the table. When screening, look for these ingredients: 1. Vision: Can they articulate a compelling product vision? Have them demo a product they love, and explain why it's exceptional. 2. Roadmap Development: Ask them to outline a roadmap for a fictitious product. This will test their strategic thinking and decision-making skills. 3. Data-Driven: Product managers should be comfortable with data. Ask for an example where they used data to drive a decision. 4. Collaboration: They'll need to work with diverse teams. Ask for an example of a challenging team dynamic and how they navigated it. Remember, you're not just hiring a role, you're also hiring a problem solver. #productmanagement #hiring #redfishtechnology

Passionate Entry-Level Product Manager | Product Management Enthusiast | Open to Collaboration & Learning | Customer Experience | ALX Founders Academy
🤔 What Differentiates an Associate Product Manager, Product Manager, and Senior Product Manager? 🤔 I've been thinking about this recently. Is it the number of years of experience, the number of products launched, or the skills learned over time that set these roles apart? I see many job vacancies seeking a Senior Product Manager. But what exactly makes a Senior Product Manager? If I discover what it is in two months, does that make me a Senior Product Manager? I'd love to hear your thoughts on this, so I can quickly become a Senior Product Manager! 😉 What is the thing that makes a Product Manager stand out from the rest? Let’s discuss!👇 #ProductManagement #CareerGrowth #TechCareers #ProductManager #SeniorProductManager #ContinuousLearning #TechIndustry #ProfessionalDevelopment image from freepik.com

Executive Coach for Product Leaders and Senior Leadership Teams, Keynote Speaker, Author. Helping leaders to be more human at work.
Ready to think differently about hiring Product Managers? Currently, putting more thought into hiring has been more important than ever. My book 'Hiring Product Managers' describes how Product EQ can take you beyond the typical process. Human skills describe how a product person works, but this must go hand-in-hand with technical skills to be successful - and that's often where people miss the mark. #hiringpms #hiring #producteq
