At NRN, Jess will spearhead our partnerships with energy retailers, utilising our Solar/Battery/Plan bundle to craft solutions that are both customer-centric and pivotal in driving the decarbonisation agenda forward. Her role is crucial in aligning technology, commerciality, and consumer appeal to deliver the energy platform of the future.
Before joining us, Jess led the charge as Head of Customer Assets at EnergyAustralia, where she was instrumental in rolling out solar and battery energy solutions that paved the way for a sustainable energy landscape. Her dedication to clean energy transformation and her belief in making a tangible impact on the planet and people's lives resonate deeply with our mission at NRN.
Jess's approach to product development is refreshingly straightforward: focus on solving customer problems without adding unnecessary complexity. She's a staunch advocate for customer-led innovation and is sceptical of solutions that necessitate extensive "customer education."
