hiring (cautiously!) is so back baby (and ever an example that startups are a long game 😅 )! it's never fun to deactivate a customer and hiring was NOT the topic of choice last year, but in the last month we've reactivated three (!!) previously churned customers. It obviously makes me proud, that even a year later we maintained our relationship and loyalty, such that when the time arose again they instantly came back to Byteboard. But things are still different. 1) we're now not just competing with other products in our space, but also and more so the customer's ability to solve for the need internally (through people or in-built software). 🎯 so we need to deliver outsized impact at a more affordable price 2) point-solutions are not it. I'm not revealing a big product strategy by sharing it was prudent we extended our offerings to being more than a TPS replacement because we know volume for hiring is not as high, and so we need to be able to increase the number of touch points we add value in. ✨ a silver lining to a changing year has been the fire it reignited for us to build faster and bring forward things on our roadmap that previously we had pushed to be years out. 💜
Love this. Keep up the good work!
