PVH’s North America chapter of the LGBTQIA+ Alliance Business Resource Group (BRG) hosted a “Let’s Talk…Leadership” event with Seung (Antonio) Lee, EVP and Chief Operating Officer, PVH Americas, and Calvin Klein Global, chatting with BRG co-chairs and Calvin Klein associates Matt LoGiudice, Senior Director, Merchandising Strategy and Operations, and Steven Gillespie, Senior Director, Global Design Operations. Antonio shared that his experience at PVH has reinforced the importance of allyship, and noted that he’s proud to help foster the company’s strong culture of inclusion with events and initiatives that actively support the LGBTQIA+ community all year long.   He explained, “Pride Month is about celebrating diversity and recognizing the history behind this movement, and having a strong company culture means standing by what you say and actioning on it. As part of our Inclusion and Diversity commitments to advance professional opportunities in the fashion industry for underrepresented groups, PVH recently hosted students from the House of Denim Foundation talent incubator program at our Amsterdam office. To celebrate the Juneteenth holiday last week, the North America chapter of the PVH Black Associate Alliance Business Resource Group (BRG) hosted a special event in New York City. Associates heard opening remarks from BRG co-chair Janá Neal, Director of Visual Merchandising at Tommy Hilfiger on the importance of this day and participated in a community-building activity.   Throughout the year, PVH is proud to partner with organizations like Harlem's Fashion Row (HFR) and Misa Hylton Fashion Academy to support BIPOC communities around the world through our Inclusion and Diversity commitments, which help amplify awareness of and access to opportunities in the fashion industry. As the team’s official lifestyle apparel partner, Tommy Hilfiger and the US SailGP Team will use the partnership to push the boundaries of performance, design and culture.
