VP of Technology and Applications, Mike Linnetz, has been at Primacy for 17 YEARS. His favorite thing about Primacy? After nearly two decades, he still looks forward to coming to work every day. When he's not singing the praises for Primacy, he is singing...in general. At some point in his vocal career, he has sung all four voice parts. The range he has in both voice and tech is unmatched. So what does SVP of Technology, Charlie DeLong have to say about him? "Mike is one of the most detailed and thoughtful developers I have ever worked with. In his years at Primacy, he has been an incredible team member and leader of our organization. With Mike on the case, you are well on your way to a successful project." Thanks for all you do Mike!

Thank you as always to the amazing PEXA family for welcoming me into your world 🌎. As we embark on our second year of working together, you can really start to see, and feel the SWISH approach being utilised, tailored and understood 😀 Your constant desire to truly connect with your customers, and each other, epitomises what SWISH is all about. During this session, we discussed: - Navigating 'awkward' conversations. - Reviewed our 60 & 15 second commercials (with some brave role play 👏). - Delved deeper into questions that connect. - Broke down the sequence of 'Rapport Threading', that is designed to elegantly help someone see value in YOU, your COMPANY and your SERVICE. - Finally we went through the 5 stages of Re-Framing to help people see things through a different perspective, enabling them to make a decision that can genuinely help them. Thank you for your commitment and engagement as always, and to those that jumped up and did LIVE role play, you are superstars. That is where growth happens 💯 Rukshana Sashankan Ahlam Haddad Peter Nicholls Karen Olsen PS: Thank you to Ronny Ulrich Jensen - Senior Solutions and Commercial Manager for saving me with some last minute cufflinks 🤣

These five financial points are highly important for investors as they emphasize simplicity, essential insurance coverage, avoiding ego-driven purchases, critical thinking with financial advice and maintaining financial discipline by avoiding risky trading practices. Implementing these lessons can significantly impact an investor's financial well-being and long-term success.
Many of you reached out yesterday to congratulate me on completing 5 years at LiveMint. I have penned down a short note to mark the occasion. Thank you for all your support and encouragement!

This ‘riddle’ beautifully describes the reality of being. If you are asking ‘who am I’ or ’what are we’ these slides are thought provoking. To me they seem to be a simple statement of fact. #wellbeing #spiritualawakening #lifecoaching

A riddle for the end of the year. Only very few can solve it. Can you? Finding the answer to this riddle = finding our true nature. It is freedom from the stress, limitations, and suffering of believing we're separate selves. This is the "promise" of a nondual understanding. It's what I talk about here every day. But this is my last post of the year. Thank you for all the interactions, collaborations, support, and even friendships created in this space. See you on the other side! Katrijn

I have heard the words "I don't get why they're leaving. Working here is one of the best places to be. Why do they feel so angered about this place?" This quote right here perfectly explains that. When someone does not feel appreciated or valued, they will only do what is required of them, and soon feel like no one cares about them. This leads into a domino effect with them leaving the company telling everyone how awful their experience was and how they have never felt appreciated or valued in any way. I have been there before, and I have seen it. No manager or CEO or any leadership position should pick favorites. No one should be left out of the group because they are a little different or perform differently. Each member of the team/company is valuable, that's why they got hired. Look for those who you notice don't feel the most excited to be there and help them. Be that person that gives them a reason to feel happy to come to work. Everyone should feel appreciated no matter who they are.

If only more companies wouid see it this way… I’ve never worked so hard and cared so much than for managers who care about me as a person first
